We are unable to reclaim our server due to it showing up as another game and I believe its effecting the query info. It is showing the name as "-- Unnamed --".

I've tried renaming the server and waiting for 10 minutes to reclaim it, but even after it scans the name comes up as empty and defaulting to "-- Unnamed --". All the other variables are empty as well.
