Just bought a premium account and selected to install CS Global.
Its been stuck on installing for the last 1hr, is this normal to take this long. |

Ive only had it a few days and its been a constant hassle.
When you select to change the game, it takes around 60mins to 90mins to install that game. Today I chose to install L4D2, it installed in under 10mins. Great I thought, but nope the server failed to install the game. Now while Im typing this, Ive been stuck on installing CSGO for nearly 3hrs now. It doesnt matter how many times I refresh the screen, it still stays on installing. |

Yea I did email support, the reply I got.
It takes upto 1hr to install games. It finally installed after 90mins. Today it took 3.5hrs for a game to install. Then another failed to install

Premium servers are self-managed at an incredibly low price, that is why there is such little support.
Most of the time servers take up to an hour to install. If you are continuously having problems with install time lengths, email support back. Premium support staff do not monitor the forums.
