On our our servers http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/213.108.29.116:27030/ keeps showing as down over the last few days even though it is up and full, I have to update the scanning parameters manually for this to show.

If I may to hijack to this thread, ill will say that i have exact same issue with server http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/62.113.4.15:25565/. Problem is old at least 24 hours so far. I need manually to refresh it, and it works fine for some time. No tracking data available, no players but says server is up.

can you Gametracker guys help us to fix this?

Hi, the server I am admin on, http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/142.54.181.138:25565/ is definitely online, and hasn't been offline for ages, but game tracker is saying it has been dead since Friday, because of this, we have dropped a lot of ranks. Any way it can be fixed so we are back online, and some way to compensate for the 2 days of offline time?

108.178.55.36:27960 is a smokinguns dm server
108.178.55.107:27960 is a urban terror server
108.178.55.106:27960 is a smokinguns br server
all my other server stats read like they should since the data crash thanks for any help

My minecraft server tracker keeps saying that the server is dead but it is now. When I manually scan it it works but then it will say dead after a while. please help because we use this tracker for our clan webpage

I added my server many times now. After it reaches an aprox. 17000 rank it delets from monitoring with the following message when i try to link to it:

What can I do to stop getting my server deleted????

It is online but is showing offline.When i click on update server(on the claim page) it works..but next time is offline again..

I have now rescanned the server,... this helped a few minutes and then the server will be displayed as down again:
