Thank you very much for helping us. I have the same problem, I just finish my Server and Disabled my firewall from the router.

Everybody can see and add my server to their favorite but can't join, (Server not responding)-->(Cs 1.6)
Nou i check if my server is alive and here on gametracker it's alive.
I tried to claim my ownership in the hope that this would help but i can't claim it. (Could not scan server), i;m really new to this stuff.
Pleas help me,

Game Server: -=Juba Club=- SICK DEATHMATCH 24/7 - FUNNN
Game Type: Counter Strike 1.6 Status: Alive
Address: 195.240.255.132 Port: 27015 Query Port: 27015
Server Manager: unclaimed
Game IP-address : 192.168.1.34:27015

This is giving a ICMP Destination unreachable (Port unreachable) error. I would recommend contacting your server provider for further assistance.

please help me my server is showing dead and its started no one connect it help me ip of my serever is 103.2.238.50:27023

You may need to contact your hosting provider.
