It appears that the game type for your server has recently changed. When a game type of a server changes, the rank is reset. If your server remains popular, it should be at the equivalent rank in the new game within several days.

Kindly look into this screenshot, we never chnaged our game type. Earlier also it was counter strike 1.6, and still its the same.. Please look into the matter... To clear my words more i am showing you the screenshot which was taken when server was as rank 14. See the ""game type"" in that screenshot....

Please revert our game rank back , from 14 it has went to a number more then 3000...

There was some confusion - you're referring to the :27017 server, not the :27015 server that was initially mentioned in this post.

Unfortunately, we cannot restore rank. Your server was likely removed due to an extended period of downtime, or removed by the server manager. If your server keeps its popularity, it should come close to rank 14 within the next few days.

Once a server page is removed, unfortunately the stats are permanently removed. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

But admin we are giving you the proof of our server rank,,, We work hard day and night to acheive this rank and now to Zero.... Again if we reach rank 14 then again rank reset will be done.... Do you have a solution for that ???? Can you gurantee that if e again build this rank, it wont be deleted this time ????
