When i add a new server i choose the game and the correct port and the Ip it took a while then it says game tracker couldn't scan your server!!!! i turned of my firewall off and the server is online but it says the same words

the ip of the server is 41.69.138.177 and the port is 12203

It's probably safe to say the port is not open in the firewall or you are not entering the correct query port. Contact your server provider for further assistance.
