Servers show as Dead

Hi there, my community is currently running some servers and we use gametracker to track our rank and show info about them on our website. Unfortunately, our servers are always showing as "Dead". I need do manually re-scan frequently.

We white-listed gametracker servers on our firewall, and I can't find any other solution. (This one didn't change anything, since gametracker servers were never blocked, but it was just to exclude this cause)

We lost many positions on the rank because of this, and we would like to solve this as quickly as possible. The problem started maybe 2 or 3 days ago.

Your servers seem to have significant timeout issues. This is likely related to the scanning issues GT is having, and it is more than likely giving all of your players significant lag ingame. Please resolve the network issues let us know if you have any further questions. Thanks.

Hello,

We usually have some significant timeouts due to ddos attacks, in this case, our network blocks almost every IP outside of our country (Portugal) however, this "dead" status occurs even when there is no attack/ip block.

But following your line of thought, what's the procedure of the scanner when a server gets timed out for a long period of time?

The scanner will continue to try to scan the server, but at slower intervals.

Please ensure none of the following IPs are blocked:
208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150
