Server not scanning

Please can you see if this ip 93.114.82.36:27015 Clasic.BestGamers.ro was banned and i cant be added on gametracker?
When i'm trying to add it on GameTracker, it shows:
One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
208.167.241.190
208.167.241.179
208.167.241.180
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150


And my server is not offline, is not firewalled, and I've entered the corect port.
The server is for Counter-Strike 1.6.

Please search and say why I can't add it.

Something is blocking traffic as I nor GT are getting a query response. If you have no firewall, I would recommend contacting your service provider to look into the issue. You may also be with one of the Romanian server that blocks all foreign traffic, which GameTracker cannot do anything about.
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

I've contacted my service provider, but he told me that he don't know how to solve that problem. Can somebody help me?

Basically the problem is that no response is received from your server. This is usually due to the port not being open or the incorrect port being entered.

If your server provider has no idea how to administer the network, you may want to find a new one. I find it very surprising that they would tell you they do not know what to do.
