Today I wiped, my server from gametracker for monotorizeaza it very badly, so is bug ISA server sits as 32/32 and it monotorizeaza in 30.31 do something : SERVER IP: 89.44.246.39:27015

I'm sorry that you decided to delete the server and thus permanently delete its stats. Keep in mind that the historical data graph is an average. Unless you average 32 for a full hour, it will not be all the way up to 32. The only way to rectify this is to have an even more popular server.

then I can add the new server 13, can lam was removed on 13?

No, once you deleted it, the stats/rank were gone permanently.
