Your server is not providing response to the query at the current time.

Are any of the scanner IPs blocked?

208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150

Are there any antiflood mechanisms in your firewall preventing GT from scanning it too soon?

No, because my other servers are seen by GameTracker.
For example, CS:Source, CS 1.6, Killing Floor, Team Fortress 2 and Call of duty 4.

The problem is in only Minecraft.
Maybe my query port is bad? 25567

The following are the only answers that I could think of:

1. Open the port in the firewall (portforward in the router, if applicable)
2. Update your server to the most recent version
3. Remove any server query plugins
4. Unblock or whitelist the scanner IPs
5. Adjust the server firewall's antiflood mechanism.

I found problem.

Query port must be such as server's port: 25565 both

In server's folder there is a file: bukkit.yml
In it there is a cvar: query-plugins

It must be false. This way Gametracker see server.
