It seems that GameTracker is not getting a response from your server. What changes have you recently made to the server's firewall configuration? GT will need the port to be open or the scanner IPs to be whitelisted, otherwise it will be impossible for the server to be scanned by the site.

I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.
