I believe there is a problem where time indicated on banners is not correct. Here is an example

I believe you see the difference, it seems that the time on the first chart is sort of 'messed up' for approximately seven hours.

This is taken for a counter stike server, I cannot claim this to be the case for banners for other games as I have not checked them.

The time on GameTracker historical banners is based on US Eastern time which is 4:24PM (16:24) at the time of my posting.
