i am trying to make a counter strike 1.6 server but i failed,becoz my modem is suck , TP-Link and he didn't want to open port in it

There are few sites who offer free servers for like 1-3 hours for clan wars and tests. You can do that or purchase the retail on gameservers for very low prices.
