How do I track bungee server? I can only choose one server to be tracked?

I am not sure what a Bungee Minecraft server is but if it uses the same query protocol you can track it under minecraft. Yes, GT can only track one server per server ip:port / page.

It's a server which you can combine 2 servers. You can swtich between servers without disconnect and connect from the server list and chat between servers.
You can check my server on other server listing web like PlanetMinecraft It is tracking both servers total player. This is mine on gametracker GameTracker |

I was looking for an answer to this as well.
