We have notice that, if no player are on the TS, after a while (don't know how much) Gametracker shows the server down.As we use Gametracker to show the status in our website, it's really annoying.

As soon as someone connect to the server, Gametracker shows it Up.

No idea of where is the bug.
The support team of Nitroserv claims they have no information, nor other people reporting errors (?).

Any idea of what to check ?

If you have the HLSW program (hlsw), you can try to scan the server during the times it is empty. Simply enter 109.239.145.121:36686:10011/TS3 in the address bar.

You can also try to login via telnet and test the scanning permissions when it is empty. Details on doing that are in http://www.gametracker.com/games/ts3/forum.php?thread=42258

I will attempt to catch the page when it is empty as well.

I confirm the hosting compny refuse to allow the read acces for the Guest user group, to the 4 keys.
Anonymous access requires following rights with guest group:
b_virtualserver_select
b_virtualserver_info_view
b_virtualserver_channel_list
b_virtualserver_client_list

Well that's interesting. However, I'm surprised they would say that as the server currently seems to have the necessary scanning permissions.
