Why I can't upload my server? I can't change the query port and i think this is the problem. When I start the server the console says: The server is running on 0.0.0.0:25565. I do all of the things I find, but it doesn't work. Please help!

0.0.0.0 means that you did not define a ip-adress.

but what you want to do is portforwarding,
find your local ip-adress. bind it to your pc.
go into your modem/router add a virtual server 25565/25565 at your local ip (ex: 192.168.1.1).

than go to www.ip-adress.com and check your external ip.
that ip + :25565 is your minecraft server. (ex: 12.34.56.78:25565)

No, I checked them 3 times and all is good. I found the problem... The problem was in the ports. It must be TCP\UDP not only TCP. Thank you for the help!
