GT unable to track my server

Hi Team,

My server is not able to being tracked even when 2 days ago it worked perfectly fine, I was informed by network engineer that the IP's GT is using are hosted in choopa are blocking the traffic on your side.

Can you please investigate? Other services like game-monitor.com are able to detect properly my server as up, no FW is in front of my server or any other kind of blocking service.

What type of game is your server?
What is the port and query port of your server?

Hi,

It was cs:go and the port is 27015 my network team worked with your network guys at choopa they managed to change the routing table on your servers and now mine is visible in your networks.
