Dear people,

My host changed my IP address so I had to re-add the server to gametracker - now Burn told me I could migrate the player stats from one server to another server when I claimed the server - so I did.

When I pressed on migrate stats a message popped up that everything is correctly migrated - not. I lost all the player stats from our old server and it did not add anything to my never server. I had over 33k players and me, myself had more than 200hours playtime.

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/109.230.231.40:27015/ my old server as you can see I was ranked 2nd and I claimed it.

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.114.154.212:27015/ this is my 'new' server with player stats .. but not from my old server. Unfortunately everything is deleted all the months we've worked on that with 1 button gone .. this should not happen.

Hope you guys can fix the bug to prevent this in the future.

This server's historical player stats will be empty (but they will be collected normally going forward).

He is referring to the new page not having the migrated stats.

Just to confirm, did you use the migrate option from the OLD server page to migrate it to the new one? Or were you on the NEW server and tried to use the migrate feature to pull the stats from the old server?

I was on the management page from my NEW server to move the stats from my OLD server to my NEW server

So I went on the management page from http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/109.230.231.6:22045/ < old server to http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.114.154.212:27015/ < new server

Ok then. Sorry this would explain the issue.

The option to migrate the stats works in the opposite direction. You go to the OLD page and select the NEW page in the dropdown. The text in the help dialog suggests that it is going from "this" server to "some other" server. I will make sure the formatting of this feature is cleared up in a future GameTracker update.
