My friend just created our Team on Gametracker
he turned my Rank on Founder but i still cant edit anything...

Currently only the owner of the page can edit it. The titles you are likely referring to are just text titles. There are no implied permissions or special cases that will make them something other than a title.

At some point in the future there should be better permissions. I am not aware of any time frames.
