I added the ip's:
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150
208.167.225.11
208.167.225.12
208.167.225.13
To the query_ip_whitelist.txt file, but still, my logs file, they are full of this:

And, this goes on every day.
And more:
I think GT is sending this pings to my TS3 server, to check if the server is on, and my TS3 server thinks it's a flood, and my users get random disconected-reconnected (fast), every day, every hour, mayb 3-4 times in 5-7 minutes, and it's frustrating. Even i get droped, connection lost, than i get autoreconnected, and i can see my old user still on, and i connect with my username + a #1 after the nick.

Some help would be apreciated! Thank you.

GT scans your server every couple minutes. That is the nature of the tracking service.

Open your TeamSpeak 3 client and click the "Bookmarks" menu at the top of the client and choose "Manage Bookmarks." Select the server you want and in the bottom left corner, click "More." Uncheck the "Show ServerQuery Clients" checkbox.

It's already unchecked.

Then, I'm guessing everything is working properly in terms of GT scanning?

It just sounds like you and your users do not have that great of an internet connection, or the host has a slow or overloaded connection.

The host (our dedicated) and our personal internet connection is perfect. On the host we even have a COD2 international server with the lowest ping you will ever see.

I am wondering, why, if i whitelisted those ip's, they stil appear in the log? I also tink, my TS3 server, thinks these constant pings from GT, to be a potential flood, and that is why we get dropped.

thanx

I don't really have any idea of what appears on a successful scan vs unsuccessful. However, you describe the "disconnected-reconnected" phenomena occurring at different rates than the GT scanner.

Either way, the GT scanner does not use much bandwidth and I could not see why scanning every few minutes would be deemed enough to be considered flooding. Thus, if a tiny bit of bandwidth every couple minutes is enough to saturate your connection, like I suggest, you probably do not have the best connection either on the server or your local computer.

If your TS3's software is actually considering it flooding, there is some sort of message like msg=flood ban.
