It seems that all of the servers on that IP are no longer scanning. None of them are providing GT with a response to the query. I would suspect a firewall change was the culprit.

We have no firewalls set.
Could you check from another IP. I will confirm that there is no local blocking. Thanks |

Still doesn't work from other IPs.
It's something affected the entire box http://www.gametracker.com/search/?query=201.238.222.73 I would recommend contacting your provider for assistance.
