Greetings all, I want to inform that one of the Killnig Floor server are attacking other servers in order to rank-up. The funny thing that he uses the same machine to dos wich is his Killing Floor server. It moreover some sort of new exploit wich allows on 7707 to flood the UDP packets that makes server lag alot. Lucky me that I am not attacked, however seeing that alot of people are now getting attacked I am getting a bit worried about this, as it also unfair to other. I am really doubt that gametracker will do something, but it would be good to get rid of those who do that...

Our abuse measures in regards to servers do not cover anything beyond the game server and its page. Unless it abuses the rankings, the owner does something against the TOS on the page, etc., we cannot do much.

But does it count as abuse? I meant that server owner is attacking other servers in order to get Higher rank in the Top (in Gametracker Top 10). Banning thsoe ip solves the problem, but it isn't still fair to other server. I understand that giving any evidance will not work (as text can we faked, pictures faked and etc.).
P.S. I meant move this thread to other Gametracker.com subforum as it's general help , not as abuse/report.

We'd need to have some sort of evidence we could obtain ourselves and it would need to something which directly affects GameTracker.com.

Any action we could possibly take would hardly have any impact on the issue. Banning an IP on GameTracker does not automatically ban an IP in the firewall of each and every server we track. This also doesn't prevent them from switching IPs.

I guess you are right. It's a shame when one server get's to the top 10 legaly, while others just dosing in order to take that place. Even banning that server it will not block them for creating new server, add to gametracker and start dosing other servers in order to gain rank quickly... The only thing server admins is jsut ban those ip who attacks.
