Hi guys

my ts3 server is showing as dead, but it is always online at the correct ip + port; 188.165.222.39:9987

query = 10011


could someone please check and advise how to fix this gametracker error?

hi there,

ive followed those instructions and run the following test commands via Putty/Telnet;

Serverinfo
Channellist
Clientlist

All these commands returned the successful response, "error id=0 msg=ok"

However, gametracker still shows my server as offline, I have tried to re-add the server, and it always shows as offline...

I've no idea what else to do, I entered every command in that link and all worked without any errors... "it says If all of your commands worked, your server can be added".... yet all these commands worked and my server cant be added, gametracker shows as offline....

You may not receive the error message if you using any additional commands to log in to the server under any sort of credentials. GameTracker needs the three permissions enabled for the Guest group.

The following is a sample of the error:

I have big problem, all perm is ok but gt cant scan; whitelist is up to date.
