I was on CS a min ago and overheard a convo about steamskins eventually i was led here totally didnt know this . thanks steam for mentioning this to me earlier. seems mostly fanbased created skins. metro is a definite turn on. anybody else heard the word on skins?

This site is not owned by steam, so there are no chances that you were redirected to this site by steam. Never heard about that site, but looks like they're not putting copyright about skins which they put on their site so i wouldn't use it.

Yea I just heard it from some guys. Ive been looking around and it seems that steam doesn't even make skins. all skins are 'fan' based that ive found so far. mostly in forums. that site is the only one that i found that isn't a forum.
