GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER ArmA 3

Hello, my clan has had an ArmA2 server for several months working fine on Game Tracker, but when we tried to add an ArmA 3 server using different ports, same IP...we get the following error message:

GAMETRACKER COULD NOT SCAN THE SERVER.
One of the following suggestions may help you:
Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

we have tried turning the firewall off, and tried several different ports. No dice. It works fine on our ArmA2 server, but now even if we try and add another ArmA2 server we get the same error message. Any ideas?

What are the IP and Ports of the affected servers?
I am retired from GameTracker after 11 years and will not be responsive for support requests.

The first server listed seems to be working fine.

The second server is not responding to the query. If you're positive you've opened 2322 in the firewall, and the router if applicable, I'm not really sure what else to try.

You may check to see if any mods are causing issues, or if a default install of the server works.
