Hello all I know you are allowed to put only in Europe flag.
"example" "Spain,Italy etc" I have seen many servers with class " 89.44.246" (Krond) use flag Algeria and told me that allowed use Flag Algeria .. it really can bring and put flag Algeria?.. I want to know if I can. THX |

As long as it's relatively close, it's ok. The main concern is changes across the world.
