I know that the way you detect bots is by seeing if they have "BOT" in their name, some people have been joining my server with the name "BOT" and I think that's why its been unranked. Could you possibly re-rank it for me?

Detected bots do not count to rank and therefore do not have any impact on the de-ranking system.

GameTracker automatically deranks servers that run trade, idle, and achievement maps in TF2. When you no longer run them, you can create a post in the unban / rerank thread (bug reports forum) to have it reranked. These types of deranking don't have any negative impact on the status of the page, so we're not going to refuse to rerank you go back and forth on it unless it occurs an unreasonable amount of times.
