Server IP:
192.241.71.250:25568 For some reason, game tracker is not picking up our server. Any help? Administrators are on daily, and trolls will be banned. All channels are set on best voice quality. IP is below,

There are two things to check:
1. You setup scanning properly. The instructions are located at http://www.gametracker.com/games/minecraft/forum.php?thread=58741 2. You have opened the appropriate port in your firewall, whitelisted the scanner IPs, etc so that the scanners can reach your server.

Does having a server white list effect the scan in any way?
Administrators are on daily, and trolls will be banned. All channels are set on best voice quality. IP is below,

I've not heard of it being a problem.
My reference to whitelisting the scanner IPs would be in your router, firewall, etc.
