hello trying to fix this problem i have a sneaky feeling my server provider hasn't set up correctly. this is there reply to the ticket i put in.

We've double checked the ACL, this isn't blocking anything. It worked to add the server to Gametracker so that means we're not blocking the needed IPs for it.

Have you contacted Gametracker about this by any chance? We don't know how they query exactly, our query is working as intended on your game server.

These three servers that are down in your favorites are not responding to the query. This implies that the server is down or the port is not open in the firewall.

If none of the previous information applies, confirm that your IP, join port, and query port are all correct on the server page. You can try downloading a tool like HLSW to try to test scan it.

If nothing is still working, post the game, IP, port, join port, and query port so I might have something to go off of.

i talked to my server provided they managed to add the bf4 server to here but it doesnt up date

the server hosting company was originally blocking it with its acl settings as a result we requested them to add the server to game trackers but the network engineer added it incorrectly with the wrong
query put in the wrong query port when they added the server.

We are reasonably certain of this as we have connected to another server hoted by them and my name is then displayed on game tracker to confirm our suspicions
