I had to move my server to new hardware so the IP/Port changed.

My server is now at:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/bf4.arabgamers.us:30010/

But there is another server running at the same IP but on port 30000

I dont know why it's using my DNS name! Also, when I search for BF4 servers using my server name the old IP comes up server still comes up and when I click it it takes to another server which is the duplicate one.

i keep on trying to update the server ip/port at this page and i cant

what i have done 1st is update dns and then i try to change it to scan at port 30010 so that i dont lose my ranking and such but i just cant do it!

now when i go to the below URL to update the port i get taken to a different server which incidentally runs on the same IP of my NEW server and same port of my OLD server

I've readded the 30000 using your DNS. There may have been an error in the IP update process or something there that caused it to show up there as well.

You may need to give it a little while in case the dns is cached with that other server.

Also keep in mind that the one dns as you have it address won't be able to work for both of the IP addresses you seem to want to use it for:

108.61.112.121:30010
173.199.105.22:30000

108.61.112.121:30010

if you search for bf4 servers with "arab gamers" you will see 2 of them

old and new

You cannot change the join port of an existing page.

If you are able to claim the server, you can delete it that way (in some cases, but not if it was automatically added by GameServers).

If not, you'll need to wait for it to be offline, then wait further until GT automatically removes it for extended downtime.
