Hello to gametracker,

i hope u can help me. Im from czech republic gaming agency Grunex.com. Can you please contact me on email? josef.con@grunex.com, i have trouble with the server listed here... it is our TS3 server (http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/93.91.240.161:1337/). Our server provider contact me that they had to turn the server off because off DDOS attack. They said that the attacks are did to servers which are on gametracker list.
Can you please delete our server from the list?

This is not a bug report.

Option 1: Get it back online, claim the server, and delete it.

Option 2: Wait for the server to be removed for extended downtime.

There are no other options.

i know it isnt but you didnt response to my PM so i try to contact you this way.

Option 1.
i cant delete the server because i didnt add it (i dont know who add it maybe someone in the past who doesnt work at Grunex this time)
Or it can be deleted by anyone? It is wierd that i can delete each server which i can even if i dont add it.

Option 2.
How long it will take when the server automatically been deleted?

Are there another options? Such as you the admin of GT can delete it from the list here?

It depends on how long the server has been on the website.

We are unable to delete random servers from the website based on the requests of random users.

I made a serious complain and offer and you just named me like a random user without any serios reason.

I am sorry that you were offended by my statement. I will attempt to clarify it with an example:

An unclaimed server is mentioned in a topic (= a random server, as it could be a variety of different servers that fit the bill)
Some user on the GameTracker website requests that we delete it on the website (= a random user, as it could be any user on GameTracker)

I'm sorry that we are not able to do anything at this time besides wait for the website to automatically remove it. We are unable to prove that you own it in any other way, as we are not going to invade your privacy to request Invoices for the server.
