Hey there, i have purchased a server from gamerservers.com and at first had some problems with my server sharing the same IP as another server on the same game. That is fixed and now i am going through trying to register the server here and can't seem to do so.

I am trying to register under the name " The Peoples Choice " ( Americas Army Proving Grounds Server )

It says this :


Gametracker could not scan the server.
One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:
208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

Not sure if i am doing something wrong or not, the IP of the server is : 173.199.80.159:8777 any help is greatly appriciated.

I can't get mine to work.

My current server port is 7778
I have found that you just add +1 to the end for the query port, so: 7779 but I get the same message.

You must open your Ports from your router and from firewall as well. Once you open the ports and allow it from firewall it is ready to add on Game Tracker
