Hello together,
my Serverprovider changed the IP of our Bf4-Server.

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/81.30.153.64:10200/

to

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.114.154.230:11800/

Can i migrate the Server-Stats (not player stats, i found tha already) to the new Server?
Cause our Level ist gone with that. 922 to 9758

You are not able to directly migrate the rank. The only way to transfer rank from one IP to another would be to make use of the DNS feature. In order to do so, you'd have to migrate the stats back, delete the "new" page, update the DNS on the old, and then wait for GT to automatically update the IP of the page. If you've not set anything like that up already, you'd probably be better off just regaining your rank. Rank only looks at the past week of data, so you'll get back where you were if your traffic is similar to what it was before.

What domain are you trying to enter and does it have its A record pointed to 85.114.154.230?

85.114.154.230.gamed-server.de

but there are diffrent servers on this machine

When I tested using that DNS on a server, it updated fine. When I attempted to add /favorite a server using that DNS and your port information, it worked fine.

Please post a screenshot of the error you are receiving when trying to enter the DNS.

i wanted to change the ip from the old page.
Adding a new one was no problem.

I cannot help you further unless you can either provide the exact text of the error a screenshot of it.

1. Go to http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/85.114.154.230:11800/manage/

2. Put in the DNS address and Update.

3. Take a screenshot of the page with the error that you told me you received.
