One of the following suggestions may help you:

Your server is currently offline.
GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again.
You entered the wrong query port.
Please update your query port and hit scan again
Your server is firewalled.
Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning or whitelist the gametracker scanning IP addresses:

I'm guessing you did it correct. I am not familiar enough with it. I'll leave that one up to your expertise, that you have opened the TCP/UDP port for your server.

It seems that you are hosting it from home. Have you portfowarded in your router, if applicable? Has your IP changed (most ISPs provide dynamic IPs)?

I dont know how to port forward in my router is there a vid teaching

I'm guessing there would be a relevant guide out there somewhere? Have you tried performing a Google search or the documentation with your router? When you searched, were websites like portforward.com helpful?
