I have a server with vilayer, and when I go to the admin panel and click submit to gametracker.com it comes back and says could not scan server. I have tried to submit it while it was on and off with no luck.

What did they say when you contacted them?
What is the game, IP, port and query port?

I have not contacted them..My game is DayZ Epoch, my ip is 199.116.118.205:2502 and I am not quite sure how to find my query port.

You can contact your provider to have them help you find the query port. I just tested some of the common ones in the 27015-27020 range and no server was found, so it must be something else.
