Hello,
This server is 24/7 "server down" but the rank is always the same: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/185.25.204.58:9987/ And my server is in 10 on the rank and has more people in 24h that the 9th or 8th etc have. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/ts.forallgamers.org:9987/ |

Please look at the Historical graph on the right and you'll be able to pretty easily see that over the past week the first server is noticeably more popular.
You also had a full day of downtime this week, as you probably know, which will affect your rank for 7 days after that. If the server does not report players or channels, that message will show up in the list but the server may still scan if it gets the server info.
