This seems to be a firewall issue. Since this appears to be a GameServers.com server, I would recommend you pop in a support ticket so they can look into it for you so your server can scan again.

I have same problem and i had 7 players on my dedicated cs server,they are playing but on GT it says server is offline some help will be great!
