I have a problem .

Server it's scanned to 15-20min+
but when it finished scanning, it shows it is offline I must give it always update scan parameters to indicate their status online

And stats graphical not saved.
2nd bug.

This server appear xplayers/32 and online players: No players Online
Solutions ?:(

Please unblock which ever GT scanner IPs are blocked in your firewall. There is a list in a sticky topic in this section.

i have added ips in iptatbles and reloaded / restarted .
added ips on gamecp firewall and restarted server.

I would recommend going back through the list. You'll want to make sure to check the block list and remove which ever is in there:

My question is one strange, but ip works on port 28015 but 27015 doesn`t work .

I've provided as much assistance as I can come up with at this time. I hope you are able to locate whatever the issue is on your end.

I pause all plugins , stop iptables,add rules,stop firewall gamecp ...
