YOUR HOST COULD PROBABLY HELP YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR SERVER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT YOU ARE DOING

Hai, im new here. actually, i want to claim this server. the server name is Zonecs.net CSS dust 2 only non-steam. after i click claim this server now, it says its cannot scan that server. it says it is firewalled but its not. all of the ports and games are all true. what should i do? please help. i would be aprecciate your help. please anyone help.

Is it a server you actually own? If so, try starting the server so there is actually a server to scan.
