Every time more than 1 person joins the server it goes as offline/dead. When there's nobody in it or just 1 person it shows it as online. It's hosted by gameservers. They also said they have any of these ip blocked

Your server is currently responding with an error that GTMurmur is up, but Murmur is down. You may want to shoot in a ticket at GameServers for them to ensure that gtmurmur is properly setup for your server to be scanned by GT.
