What happened to my server is reset total and are removed from the claim and is now in last place, average was 22 and I was at 184!
Please take precautions and tell me what happened

Servers can be deleted in the following cases:

1. Server was automatically removed after extended downtime
2. Server was manually removed by you or any user who has the ability to claim it
3. Server was banned from the site
4. Server was deleted due to minor abuse

Please fix the issue on your end.

One. My server works perfectly and is open around the clock, it was closed!
Two. I have not deleted any server and I am owner of this server
Three. Do not use any plugin that Bind players or change the client cs.
We do not know what happened yesterday work perfectly and I had no problem this morning I found all the problems.
Please check and send us the problems and what happened because we have not broken any rules and I wiped absolutely no server!
Certainly there is no problem on our part and may be exploited or we have broken account

Ok, so my friend checked the LOGs, and i asked other admins and players that were online last night.
And i can assure you that the server was NOT offline. And even if it was, there is no way that it can be offline for more than one hour, maybe two hours.

We checked the LogIn LOGs for our FTP and HOST services. For all servers (CS, Forum, TS). And none of them reported any LogIn activity (or failed/restricted) between last night ant this morning. So, again, there is no way that one of us did something. Only two people from our community have access high enough to modify something like this.

Another thing: we DO NOT use any kind of PlugIns that bind or modify client's game. I'm sure that no one banned our servers.
By the way, what abuse are you talking about?

Ps. I noticed something strange today. I had on my account all my five servers on favorite. And today, they were gone. Two of them were missing, another two were replaced with some random servers. And i checked: i searched my servers, and they were removed from my favorite list, instead some random servers were added. So there's clearly something wrong at your end.

Please, help us to regain our rightful rank.
There must be something that you can do to resolve this problem. Check your system logs and you will see that we are right.

This is the third time that i read the logs, everything is fine. I can send you the log file if you want...
Please understand, there is no one from our end who could delete the server.

We have the SAME server information: IP / PORT / NAME / OWNERS / ADMINS. There is no way that one of us would do such a thing.

Someone (or some BUG / Error) did this from the Server page.
Please, check your logs, and tell us who deleted the server. I'm sure you have that information in your logging system.

And more importantly, how can we solve this?

The only possible explication, is that someone hacked the owner's account, and deleted the server from there.
If that's the case, can you PLEASE tell me exactly when that happen, and the IP that the user was logged in?
