Hi all.

I recently captured a SS of someone I thought was hacking, turned out he was but the SS is just sitting in our gameserver svss folder. It hasn't uploaded to the publicaly accessible screenshots.gametracker.com server. So I can't submit it to ACI for a ban.

I realize I can do it manually and upload it to a file sharing site but it takes much longer for ACI to decide if legit or not and they could turn it down even though it is legit.

Why is it just sitting in our server folder and not uploading to yours??

Please submit a ticket via your gameservers.com control panel for them to look into the issue with screenshot collection. They handle all of the issues related to the pbss.
