i want to host CS 1.6 server in gameserver.com but before please i need to know if they will give me an ip adress to connect to the server cuz my IP change everyday , i mean if i host a server i don't have to contact my isp , right?

Yes, if you rent from GameServers they will host the server, not you. You'd get your own IP:Port to be able to connect to it.
