Hey all,

For the last couple of days my TS server has been shown as dead.
No changes were made. All GT IP's are added in the firewall, and the query settings in the TS are fixed. Online users are shown, but no other statistics:

Until now, everything worked fine.

I would recommend posting a link to the correct page. That server is online and did not just come up after multiple days of downtime.

The server is shown as up at the moment. But GT doesn't check the channels or users in it.
Look at the stats for the last week. Spikes to 0 users (24/7 the server has at least 10-20 users)

Looks fine from here. I am sorry if you experienced downtime or were experiencing network issues earlier today, but we are unable to alter the graphs to fudge the data.

The saga continues. This is not normal... there were no issues for the last year. Something has changed from your side, since no changes were made from mine.
Look at the graph...

It seems there are multiple problems.

1. You have one or more of the following IPs blocked.

208.167.241.190
208.167.241.185
208.167.241.186
108.61.78.147
108.61.78.148
108.61.78.149
108.61.78.150

2. You have INCREDIBLY slow network on your server. It is very possible that GT timed out when reaching your server.

Please rectify as soon as possible and let me know the result.

Network is not slow. As I said, there were no problem until now, and for 2 years the server didn't show as dead in GT. It had gotten to the 25th place (which is not the point right now, but just saying).
