Its not bug, but can u make "Recent blog posts" as widget? I really want it in my CS 1.6 server.

The closest you can do for this at the current time is use the HTML banner with the blog posts included. I'm guessing it has more information you don't need, but it's the only way to do it at the current time. That said, if that would work you'd need to find your own way to integrate it into your server, if that is even possible.
