My server host did an update on some of my servers and I lost my public IP. Is there any way to get some assistance in updating my ranking back to the new server IP on GameTracker?

I was not aware of being able to use DNS nameservers and saving it that way, so I don't expect this problem again, but I was hoping to get some assistance if possible on this matter.

The only way to get rank moved to another server is to make use of the DNS feature. You could still do this, you'd just have to migrate the player stats back to the old server, remove the DNS from the new page, add the DNS to the old page, and wait. Mainly just make sure you migrate stats in the right directs so they do not get permanently wiped by going backwards.

It won't matter that the old IP is no longer active and not tied to my server at all?

As long as you do it before it is automatically removed from the website.

Regardless if you just want to leave it as is, you should notice your rank get back to where it was in about a week if it is just as popular, since that's how far rank looks back.
