Please post the game, join port, and query port as well so I can determine why the add server form is not working for you.

It's probably safe to say they gave you the wrong query port. You will probably want 47350. If you have any more issues you'll likely need to contact them.

burn wrote: i did contact them, they stated the ports are correct, they asked what was this for, i told them i was trying to add our server, to Our GameTracker Forum page, but it wasnt showing up, all they said was that GameTracker is slow, and to wait it out, Gametracker will update when it does, you will see it. he sounded sure about this, he went on to say that, theyve had similar issues in the past. Oh well... |

They are mistaken then. I tried scanning 185.16.86.36:25350:27290 and in HLSW and the ports must be blocked.
There is no valid reason whatsoever to "wait it out." You adding it to GameTracker now vs in XX hours should not make a difference if nothing changes. That is not at all a technical fix and them just avoiding it on their end. We do unfortunately come across providers like these that are unwilling to assist you with issues on their end. I hope you are able to actually get support from them. If not, you may want to try a more well known and trusted provider, like GameServers.com. ![]()

Please let me know if you run into any other issues when they are able fix the issues in their end.

Nope, nothing to do with "enough time," unless by enough time you mean enough time for Fragnet to actually provide support to you! If Fragnet actually provided support to you, you could have added the server to the website a few days ago with the correct information
