Hello, for a week now, my server was running normal, no changes were made.
The server shows is online but is not tracking the players anymore.

Your server is not reporting any players at all (assuming you have some on at the moment). I'd suspect this could be related to a plugin you added. You may want to try removing mods individually to see if any are the culprit.

While I have not seen users have any issues with the ones you currently have, you may want to try removing:

HideStream 3.4
AntiBotUltra 6.2

or others to see if removing them fixes it.

It's impossible to be. We didnt made any changes on that plugins, we have them from when we started the server. This issue began from monday, suddently. We made no changes!

Hmm. In that case you may need to try reinstalling the server and progressively adding back your plugins and making your changes to determine what is causing issues.

It have to be something wrong with gametracker..

I looked at the response your server provides to the query and see no players. I also don't see a player count filled in.

I don't know what they do to scan, but GameTracker will not support non-standard query protocols. GameTracker is doing things correctly. I doubt that website is correct anyway... considering your server reports a max players of 50 not 100.

It's because my server can pass 50 slots and get to 100 if there are 50 players online.

I don't understand what might be the problem. Some tracking websites can read the players and some might not. The querry port is the default one, is 25566.

Current Players: 22 / 30

But according to the graph on the right, there is no one online. Scans seem to not see the user, but somehow the system sees there are people online. I havent changed the system in any way the past few days, so this is on GTs side

Atleast you still got your rank status! Mine is so down....I cant even belive such thing could happen to me! omfg :-w I hate this shit. Also the support is useless. I Could not fix anything. :-w omfg...


EDITED: I made a test. I started my server on other host. SAME ISSUE! SERVER SHOWS ONLINE But there are no updates. No update for players or even the slots. I put the default server, I changed the slots to 10 slots, there was showing server was online but still showed 50 slots... :-w It's from GAMETRACKER not our side. You have to fix something!

I had like 50% of players from gametracker, my server will die if you wont fix this.
