My two servers, ranked #1 and #2 ranked overall in Arma 3, required IP changes due to DDoS protection.

The IPs changed from 69.162.122.130:3202 to 192.169.82.30:3202 and the other server has gone from 216.245.213.202:2302 to 192.169.92.130:2302. The server names and stuff are identical of course. They're in the same datacenter just on a different IP set for the DDoS protection.

Could someone please transfer my ranking stats from one IP to the other? I'd hate to lose the standing we had.. we already dropped from #2 to #6 on one of them.

Ok another update. Kind of weird here.

So for one of the servers (the one now on 192.169.82.30:3202 which had Rank #1) I added a DNS setting. Never saw that option before! But, when did and it updated the profile it took the rank of the OTHER entry for that new IP.

So now when I say search Arma 3 for "asylum" I see both servers. But when I click the one ranked #1 it takes me here:

http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us2.gaming-asylum.com:3202/

Where it now shows rank 1590!

Edit: It actually shows on the Arma 3 index page now too, as "GameTrackerClaim", lol. And when you click that it goes to the profile linked above.

The rank on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/us2.gaming-asylum.com:3202/ shows as #1. Is that not correct?

Unless you can get http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/216.245.213.202:2302/ back online and claim it, you won't be able to setup a DNS to migrate the stats and rank. We are unable to manually do these for you.

Between the time I wrote my edit and you responded, it somehow just clicked and seems to work well now!
