What are the server specs?
Are they hosted through gameservers.com as unmanaged servers? |

GT Premium is affiliated with GameTracker's parent company, GameServers.com, on their excellent infrastructure and network. They are all self-managed, so you would be expected to perform customization, add mods, etc on your own. However certain games may have mods available for auto-install.
For specs, you'll need to ask GT Premium support at support [at] gametracker.com. Be sure to include which game and location you are considering.
